EasyMining has appointed Jonas Hagman as its new CEO, starting 1 October 2026. He succeeds Jan Svärd, who after a decade in the role will continue supporting the company as Senior Advisor.

Hagman joins from Perstorp, where he has more than 20 years of experience, most recently as VP Operations & Supply Chain. He brings strong expertise in industrial operations, global expansion and large-scale transformation projects - skills that will be key as EasyMining accelerates the deployment of its circular technologies.

EasyMining develops and commercialises patented processes to recover critical raw materials from waste, including phosphorus, nitrogen and potassium. The company is currently building the world’s first Ash2Phos plant in Schkopau, Germany, scheduled for commissioning in 2027.

With Hagman’s leadership, EasyMining aims to further scale its solutions globally and contribute to securing sustainable supplies of essential resources.
